Player Quick Start Guide

Click any box to learn how to use that part of the Church Volleyball League website.
Find Your Schedule
Find when and where your team plays.
  • Open Schedule from the main website.
  • Find your team, game date, start time and host location.
  • Use the location information for directions or venue details when available.
  • Check the schedule again before game night in case the league has posted an approved change.
Standings
Follow your team and division throughout the season.
  • Open Standings.
  • Choose or review your division.
  • See league results and where teams currently stand.
  • Standings are based on scores/results entered and approved through the league system.
Find Your Team
Get to the team information that matters to you.
  • Use Find My Team on the home page or open your team from Schedule/Standings.
  • Use the team page to follow team-specific schedule and season information available publicly.
  • For roster corrections, practice reservations or coach-only functions, contact your Coach.
League Rules
Read the current rules before you play.
  • Open League Rules for the official league rules.
  • Use the Rule Finder when you have a specific rules question.
  • Review rules on eligibility, game play, scoring and sportsmanship before the season.
  • If a ruling still is not clear, ask your Coach or the Commissioner.
Players Under 18
Understand what the league needs for a player who has not yet turned 18.
  • Your Coach answers “Is this player 18 or OVER today?” when maintaining the roster.
  • If the answer is No, the player is treated as under 18 for waiver tracking.
  • A signed minor release/waiver must be received by the league when required.
  • Your Coach can tell you if anything is still needed before you play.
Practices
Know where preseason practice reservations come from.
  • Practice reservations are managed by Coaches through the Coach Portal.
  • Host-church teams may receive first access to their church's available practice times.
  • Remaining open practice slots can later be released league-wide by the Commissioner.
  • Ask your Coach for your team's confirmed practice date, time and location.
Website & Mobile App
Use the public website for current league information and the mobile app when available.
  • The public website is the source for schedule, standings, rules and league information.
  • The Church Volleyball mobile app provides convenient access to league information on supported devices.
  • Coach and Host administrative functions remain inside their secure portal accounts.
Need Help?
Know who to contact for different types of questions.
  • Contact your Coach first for roster, practice, team and game-specific questions.
  • Host-site questions can be handled by your Coach or the church Host contact.
  • Your Coach/Host can message the Commissioner through their portal when league assistance is needed.
